Job summary

You will lead the engineering team, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and drive continuous improvement of site processes and procedures. The role requires strong mechanical/electrical background, contract stewardship, and ability to align site operations with CBRE programs while delivering on-time, within-scope services

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering or facilities teams.
• Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary contracts.
• Strong understanding of change control processes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead local Change Management and Quality Control for the facility.
• Oversee maintenance planning and asset lifecycle programs.
• Coordinate contract financial plans, revenue, and profit delivery.
• Liaise with Client to ensure maintenance work complies with site policies.
• Run health and safety meetings and standardise safety programs.
• Manage performance, KPIs and on-call escalation for engineers.
