Job summary

Arcus FM Limited is seeking a Compliance Administrator in Glasgow to join our friendly compliance team. You will support the management and update of CAFM systems, liaise with sub-contractors, and ensure documentation and trackers are maintained accurately.

You should have strong Excel skills, solid knowledge of MS Office, and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines with keen attention to detail. The role offers a supportive environment and opportunities for development.

• Experience in facilities management and compliance environment desirable.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update internal CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) systems.
• Liaise with sub-contractors to ensure services are booked in and received on time.
• Reviewing sub-contractor and engineer compliance documentations.
• Dealing with compliance related queries.
• Maintain trackers for financial and operational purposes.
