CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a highly organised Compliance Coordinator to support the delivery of the account compliance function in East London. You’ll ensure CAFM system accuracy, schedule and document preventative maintenance in line with SLAs and compliance requirements.
You will work with internal teams and subcontractors to manage end-to-end maintenance, maintain documentation, and uphold client procedures, with a focus on detail, accuracy and proactive problem solving.

Hours:Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (40 hours per week)

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the client’s CAFM system is accurately maintained and that all preventative maintenance activities are scheduled, completed, and documented in line with contractual SLAs and compliance requirements.
Working closely with internal teams and external subcontractors, you’ll oversee the end‑to‑end preventative maintenance process, champion the CAFM system, and ensure all client and internal procedures are adhered to.
You’ll be a confident and proactive individual with a structured approach to work and a strong focus on compliance and accuracy.
