Zusammenfassung

IWFM is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the delivery of a comprehensive facilities management service for a single complex building in Greater London. You will manage in-house staff, suppliers and consultants across hard and soft services, ensuring compliance with statutory and client requirements.

Key responsibilities include budgeting, procurement, supplier performance, health and safety, and regular reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or equivalent or by experience.
• Membership of IWFM or RICS is desirable.
• NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, monitor and reconcile service charge budgets.
• Check and approve expenditure against service charge budgets.
• Provide best in class customer service to internal and external customers.
• Maintain regular and effective communication with clients and tenants.
• Manage site-based staff and ensure people policies are followed.
• Audit and inspect supplier delivery and measure performance against SLAs.
• Procure goods and services following procedures and policies.
