Job summary

IWFM is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to take ownership of service delivery across a designated area within a large, regulated estate. You will act as a key contact for customers, site stakeholders, and the supply chain, ensuring safe, efficient services and adherence to performance standards.

You will lead reactive and planned maintenance, manage RAMS and permits, and drive continuous improvement in health, safety and CAFM data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must have demonstrable facilities management experience within complex estates.
• Experience delivering reactive and planned maintenance programmes.
• Knowledge of statutory and regulatory compliance in FM.
• Experience managing contractors and supply chain partners.
• Strong Health & Safety and Safe Systems of Work knowledge.
• Familiarity with RAMS and permit-to-work processes.
• Understanding of asbestos, legionella and fire safety management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reactive repairs and scheduled maintenance across designated area.
• Ensure statutory compliance activities are executed effectively.
• Manage minor projects and additional works as needed.
• Supervise contractor and supply chain performance.
• Uphold Health & Safety and Safe Systems of Work requirements.
• Track service KPIs and CAFM records for asset information.
• Provide guidance on RAMS, permits, and compliance documentation.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive service improvements.
