Job summary

IWFM is seeking a Facilities Building Supervisor/Manager for a data centre campus in Greater London. The role leads the building management team, owning the fabric and office space operations, and drives continuous improvement while coordinating with Risk & Compliance.

Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, ensuring H&S compliance, and delivering fabric enhancements. ISO standards experience and strong planning are essential for success in this busy, security-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing facilities for data centres.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and compliance.
• Experience with RAMS, permits and project sign-off.
• Strong planning and prioritisation across a busy campus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors and site safety across the data centre buildings.
• Maintain building fabric and grounds; deliver fabric enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with H&S, environment and business continuity requirements.
• Collaborate with Risk & Compliance to keep paperwork accurate and accessible.
• Manage asset lifecycle: fire doors, water access, emergency lighting, etc.
• Lead building management projects to improve service quality and environment.
