Job summary

IWFM is seeking an Associate Director to lead a portfolio of facilities management services across a Central London buildings portfolio. You will manage a team of Building Managers and work with service partners and building owners to deliver strategic FM outcomes.

You will oversee on-site project work from cradle to grave, appoint contractors, and handle budgets. IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications and governance knowledge are expected as part of managing the service charge budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio FM delivery team of Building Managers and coordinate across assets in Central London.
• Liaise with service partners at strategic levels and with building owners to ensure objectives are met.
• Manage PDRs, recruitment, development and disciplinary processes for the team.
• Engage stakeholders to deliver fit-for-purpose services and drive initiatives like recycling, NET Zero, WELL and SMART buildings.
