Job summary

IWFM is seeking a Technical Facilities Manager to oversee on-site hard and soft services at a commercial office building. You will work alongside the Facilities Manager, ensuring maintenance tasks are completed and health and safety checks are carried out.

The role requires a background in Electrical or Mechanical trades, with strong on-site delivery and coordination of engineering teams. Normal hours are 8am–5pm, with a competitive salary in the £55k–£65k range.

• Requires trade background in electrical or mechanical fields.
• Responsible for assisting Facilities Manager on site.
• Ensure maintenance tasks and health & safety checks are completed by engineers.
