A leading facilities management company is seeking a Facilities Assistant to provide operational, customer service, and administrative support across multiple office locations. The ideal candidate should have experience in reception and customer service, strong organisational skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. This position offers the chance to travel between locations for training and support, contributing to an outstanding experience for employees and visitors.

The role will primarily be based at Manchester Piccadilly, but the successful candidate must be open to travel to the other two sites for training and holiday cover (roughly 5–10 weeks per year). Travel will initially be more frequent to support learning about these locations.
