Overview

My client is a leading supplier of steel frames for industrial, commercial and residential buildings across the UK. Due to continued demand, they are looking for a skilled Fabricator/ Welder to join their team in Edinburgh. You will be working on a variety of fabrication projects, producing high-quality metal components and structures to specification.

Details

• Hours: 50 hours per week, 6 days over 7 (Monday-Saturday)
• Shifts: dayshift
• Location: Edinburgh
• Contractual rate: £14.00-£16.50 per hour, depending on experience.
• Contract: Permanent

Key responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding
• Fabricate components according to specifications and drawings
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Conduct assembly tasks to ensure product integrity
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance
