A leading real estate management firm is seeking a Fabric Technician in London to manage various maintenance tasks, ensure client relations, and perform repairs. Ideal candidates should possess experience in carpentry, painting, and customer service. This full-time role requires a City & Guilds or NVQ equivalent in carpentry and a current UK driving license. Join us from Monday to Friday, 14:00-22:00.

Qualifications

• Previous Fabric, Carpentry, Painting & Decorating experience.
• Experience of working in high profile work environment.
• Current UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to reactive works within the team.
• Ensure maintenance tasks are completed within agreed timescales.
• Undertake site surveys & produce Works Requests.
