Overview

Fabric Supervisor Northolt. My client is currently recruiting for a fabric supervisor; you will have come from a multi-trade/building background with a proven track record in supervisory and be able to pass security clearance.

Responsibilities

• 60% office and 40% on the road, based in Northolt, but will travel around London (van provided) to supervise your multi-traders at different site.
• In the office: ensure PPM and jobs are completed, hit KPI targets, arrange quotes, run toolbox talks, and report back to the manager.
• On site: work with multi-traders on carpentry, plastering, tiling and general fabric duties, ensure health & safety is carried out, and liaise with clients.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Experience from a multi-trade/building background with supervisory experience.
• Ability to pass security clearance.

Details

• Hours: 8:00–17:00, Monday to Friday
• Location: Northolt (London area) with travel around London
