A leading facilities management company is seeking a Fabric Engineer to support various maintenance tasks on its impressive campus in Glasgow. The role involves responding to fabric-related faults, coordinating repairs, and ensuring high safety standards. We’re looking for a hands‑on, team‑oriented individual who will be comfortable carrying out a wide variety of tasks across the FM sector. As part of our multi‑skilled team, the successful candidate will work across several buildings on our impressive Glasgow campus, supporting both planned and reactive maintenance.
You will demonstrate a proactive, flexible approach and be willing to get involved in all aspects of building fabric maintenance – from addressing fabric issues and assisting with PPMs to maintaining the high standards expected on site. A commitment to teamwork, health and safety, quality assurance, and compliance with company and client procedures is essential.
