Job description

Fabric Engineer - Bristol - Ongoing - FM Service Provider - £20 per hour

CBW is currently recruiting for a General Maintenance Engineer to cover two healthcare buildings. The successful candidate will have an all‑around understanding of most fabric duties and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and experience working within a healthcare environment. Working within a team on‑site, he or she will need to carry out fabric PPM and reactive maintenance.

Hours of work / Salary

• £20 per hour
• Monday – Friday
• 8am – 5pm
• Starting ASAP
• Covering 2 buildings

• General Building maintenance

Requirements

• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• DBS clearance
• Good communication skills
• UK drivers licence (will be required to travel to each location)
• Health & Safety experience
• Basic PC literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, smartphone use)
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service
