Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Team Member for our London hotel. You will greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and drinks with attention to detail while upholding high service standards.

Prior F&B experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn, strong communication, and teamwork are essential. Flexible, fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and member benefits.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service.
• Take and process food and drink orders, noting special requests.
• Serve food and beverages while maintaining presentation standards.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas.
• Prepare beverages, including basic barista duties.
• Assist with inventory and restocking to keep dining areas stocked.
• Uphold hygiene and health & safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD & BEVERAGE TEAM MEMBER AT OUR HOTEL

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service, making their experience enjoyable from start to finish.
• Take and process food and drink orders accurately, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled.
• Serve food and drinks with care, keeping presentation standards high and timing smooth.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas, maintaining an inviting and well‑organised dining space.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including basic barista duties and refreshing non‑alcoholic drinks.
• Keep the dining area stocked by assisting with inventory and restocking supplies.
• Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards, ensuring a spotless and compliant workspace.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless service, supporting each other for a smooth operation.
