Park Plaza London Park Royal Hotel is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Leader to guide Westway Bar & Kitchen and drive excellent guest service. The role focuses on leadership, coaching, and seamless F&B operations within a busy hotel environment.

You will lead a team to deliver memorable experiences, maintain high standards, and adapt to hotel needs. Salary is up to £17/hour, including service charge, with generous staff perks and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Food and Beverage Supervisor, Team Leader, or Head Waiter/Waitress in a hotel.
• Proven ability to lead and coach a team in a fast-paced F&B environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Westway Bar & Kitchen runs smoothly and delivers memorable experiences.
• Inspire, coach and mentor F&B team members to maintain high service standards.
