Park Plaza County Hall London Hotel is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Leader to guide the F&B team and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will lead by example and drive service excellence across the Florentine Trattoria, Bar, and In-Room Dining, ensuring smooth operations in a busy hotel environment.

You should be able to coach, inspire, and flexibly support all F&B-related operations, with a focus on evening shifts to match business demand and guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience as F&B supervisor or team leader in a hotel.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities for a hospitality team.
• Fully flexible to support hotel F&B operations, especially evenings.
• Passion for exceeding guests' expectations and delivering memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the F&B team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Ensure Florentine Trattoria runs smoothly and efficiently.

As ourFood and Beverage Team Leader,you will lead by example, demonstrating to the rest of the team how to deliver a memorable experience to our guests.

As ourFood and Beverage Team Leader, you will receive:

• Salary:£14.89 per hour plus Service Charge -Up to £17/hour (rate inclusive of SC)

• Has previous experience as aF&B Supervisor,F&BTeam Leader,Bar SupervisororHead Waiter/Waitressin a hotel
