Job summary

Park Plaza London Park Royal Hotel seeks a Food and Beverage Team Leader to oversee Westway Bar & Kitchen operations and ensure guests receive memorable service.

You will inspire, coach, and mentor F&B team members, and remain fully flexible to support the hotel’s F&B operations whenever needed. Park Plaza values Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm and Care in its staff.

Food and Beverage Supervisor/Team Leader at Park Plaza London Park Royal Hotel

As the friendly face of the 212-bedroom Park Plaza London Park Royal Hotel (Address: 628 Western Ave, London W3 0TA), we are all about creating stories and memories by delivering excellent and personal service to our guests. With your flair and passion for delivering exceptional service, as our Food and Beverage Team Leader, you will be someone who leads from the front to ensure the team deliver a memorable experience for every guest.

As our Food and Beverage Team Leader, you will receive:

• Salary: £14.89 per hour - Up to £17 per hour inclusive of Service charge

• Is passionate about exceeding guests’ expectations

• Has previous experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor, Team Leader, or Head Waiter/Waitress in a hotel
