Park Plaza is seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to oversee breakfast, M&E, restaurant, bar and room service, ensuring seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

You will coordinate closely with kitchen and service teams, manage stock and costs, and uphold health and safety standards in a busy hotel environment. Park Plaza offers a dynamic setting with opportunities for growth and a strong service culture.

Responsibilities

• Assists in managing day-to-day operations of breakfast, M&E, restaurant, bar and room service
• Ensures smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams
• Monitors inventory and orders supplies to maintain stock
• Handles guest inquiries and resolves issues promptly
• Upholds health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Assists with budgeting, cost control, and revenue targets
• Promotes a culture of Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care
• Has previous experience as Restaurant & Bar Manager or Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in a hotel

The key role for you as our Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will lead by example showing the rest of the team how to give our guests a memorable experience.
