Job summary

Park Plaza County Hall London Hotel is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Leader to guide our Florentine Trattoria and bars, delivering memorable guest experiences. You will lead by example and demonstrate how to elevate service for guests.

As a flexible leader, you will coach the F&B team, support overall hotel operations (often evening shifts), and uphold our values of care and teamwork. Park Plaza offers extensive staff benefits and development opportunities.

Food and Beverage Supervisor/Team Leader at Park Plaza County Hall London Hotel

As the friendly face of the 399 guest bedrooms, 7 Meeting and Events (M&E) spaces, Atrio Restaurant and Bar, and In-Room Dining at the stylish Park Plaza County Hall London Hotel, ideally located just south of Westminster Bridge overlooking the River Thames with spectacular views across London.

As our Food and Beverage Team Leader, you will lead by example, demonstrating to the rest of the team how to deliver a memorable experience to our guests.

As our Food and Beverage Team Leader, you will receive:

• Salary: £14.89 per hour plus Service Charge - Up to £17/hour (rate inclusive of SC)

• Ensures our Florentine Trattoria runs smoothly, delivering memorable experiences
• Can inspire, coach and mentor F&B team members
• Fully flexible to support the hotel’s whole F&B-related operations whenever required (Mainly evening shifts)
• Is passionate about exceeding guests’ expectations
• Shares our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care
• Has previous experience as a F&B Supervisor, F&B Team Leader, Bar Supervisor or Head Waiter/Waitress in a hotel
