Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor in Manchester to drive service excellence across hotel F&B operations. You will work with the F&B Manager to recruit and lead staff, oversee menus, inventory and budgets, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

The role requires strong communication and organisational skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and aligning with Aimbridge’s pillars of People, Product, Guest, and Performance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering first-class service in a food and beverage environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver F&B operations support and supervise a large part of the hotel’s F&B activities.
• Recruit and manage F&B staff in collaboration with the F&B Manager.
