Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead the hotel’s dining operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and compliance with standards.

You will partner with the Food and Beverage Manager to recruit and manage staff, develop menus, monitor inventory and budgets, and uphold health and safety regulations while driving sales and guest satisfaction across the F&B outlets.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in delivering first class service in a food and beverage environment.
• A deep understanding of food and beverage industry standards and best practices.
• You’ll be an inspirational people orientated person, with first class communication, and organisational skills.
• You’ll be equipped with a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the hotel’s food and beverage operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to recruit and manage staff.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Develop menus, monitor inventory and budgets, and analyse financial performance.
• Work with marketing and sales teams to promote F&B offerings and drive revenue.
