Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead and oversee the hotel's F&B operations. You will partner with the F&B Manager to recruit, manage and develop staff, ensure top-notch guest service, and drive menu development, inventory control and budget adherence.

You will monitor industry trends, analyse sales and financial performance, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote F&B offerings while upholding health and safety standards.
