Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor in the United Kingdom to lead hotel F&B operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences and uphold brand standards.

You will work with the F&B Manager on recruitment, menu development, inventory control, budgeting, and compliance with health and safety regulations while liaising with marketing and sales teams to promote the hotel's dining offerings.

Formación

• Prior experience in delivering first class service in a food and beverage environment.
• Understanding of food and beverage industry standards and best practices.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high quality F&B service and supervise a large part of hotel F&B operations.
• Recruit and manage staff, ensure customer service excellence, develop menus, monitor inventory and budgets, enforce health and safety standards.
• Analyse sales and financial reports and collaborate with marketing/sales to promote F&B offerings.

A day in the life of…

As Food and Beverage Supervisor you’ll be responsible for delivering when it comes to all things F&B, while supervising larget part of the hotels food and beverage operations. This includes partnering with the Food and Beverage Manager in recruiting and managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer service, developing menus, maintaining inventory and budgets, and enforcing health and safety regulations. You'll also also assist in monitoring industry trends, analysing sales and financial reports, and work with marketing and sales teams to promote the hotel's food and beverage offerings. The role requires exceptional communication, and organisational skills, as well as a strong knowledge of food and beverage standards and best practices.
