leaf HOSPITALITY is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to help lead day-to-day F&B operations and deliver memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will support service across restaurant, bar, breakfast and events where applicable, coaching team members and upholding health and safety standards. A passion for hospitality and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality role.
• Supervisory experience is desirable but not essential.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead by example and support others.
• Organised and able to perform effectively in a busy environment.
• Positive, proactive and team-focused approach.
• Flexible and willing to support different areas of the Food & Beverage operation.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operation of the Food & Beverage departments.
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest service across all food and beverage areas.
• Support, coach and motivate team members during service.
• Assist with the organisation and delivery of restaurant, bar, breakfast and event operations (where applicable).
• Ensure service standards are maintained consistently across all outlets.
• Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally and effectively.
• Support stock control, ordering and operational administration where required.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, food safety and company standards.
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
• Help create a positive and engaging environment for guests and colleagues.
