Job summary

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our busy complex operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences across our parks in the UK. You will support the Complex Manager with labour planning, manage cash handling, and work closely with kitchen teams to ensure service excellence.

The ideal candidate has previous supervision experience in F&B, a guest-focused approach, and the flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or leading a team in a food and beverage environment.
• Guest-focused and engaging approach with a passion for memorable guest experiences.
• Experience handling cash and following financial control procedures.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
• Food Hygiene Level 2 or equivalent (training can be provided).

Responsibilities

• Ensure complex is presented to highest standards and compliant with food safety policies.
• Deliver warm welcome and meet guests' needs throughout their visit.
• Support Complex Manager with labour planning and wage cost control.
• Use ordering systems to manage food and beverage orders.
• Handle cash procedures including till use and cashing up.
• Monitor stock levels to reduce waste and achieve gross profit targets.
• Assist recruitment, induction, training, and development of team members.
• Work with kitchen teams to ensure food meets specifications and portion controls.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and secure positive outcomes.
• Ensure compliance across food safety, health & safety, financial controls, and training.
• Run shifts during Complex Manager absence to ensure operations run smoothly.
• Complete any additional tasks requested by General Manager or Complex Manager.
