Job summary

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited in Pitlochry is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead a busy complex operation. You will guide a team, ensure exceptional guest service, and help with labour planning and cost control to drive profitability.

You will oversee stock, ordering, cash handling and compliance with food safety standards while collaborating with kitchen teams to meet specifications and portion controls.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or leading a team in F&B.
• Guest-focused approach with a passion for service.
• Experience handling cash and following financial controls.
• Confidence in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex presentation to high standards, ensuring food safety and hygiene compliance.
• Welcome guests warmly and meet their needs throughout visits.
• Assist Complex Manager with labour planning and wage cost control.
• Use ordering systems to place and manage food & beverage orders.
• Manage till and cash handling procedures.
• Monitor stock to prevent waste and hit gross profit targets.
• Support recruitment, induction, and development of team members.
• Collaborate with kitchen teams to ensure specs and portion controls.
• Handle customer complaints professionally for positive outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and financial controls.
