Job summary

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited invites applications for a Food & Beverage Supervisor at our Sandford, Wareham complex. Lead a busy team, deliver first-class guest experiences, and ensure smooth operations across food and beverage activities.

You will support the Complex Manager with staffing, ordering, and cost control while maintaining high standards of hygiene and guest service in a dynamic park environment. DBS checks may apply; join a supportive, safety-focused team.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in F&B or similar roles.
• Guest-focused approach with an emphasis on memorable experiences.
• Experience handling cash and following financial controls.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Flexible to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Food Hygiene Level 2 (or equivalent) – training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Ensure complex is presented to the highest standards in line with food safety policies.
• Deliver a warm welcome to guests and meet their needs throughout their visit.
• Support the Complex Manager with labour planning and wage cost control.
• Use ordering systems to place and manage food and beverage orders accurately.
• Manage cash handling procedures, including till use and cashing up.
• Monitor stock levels to reduce waste and meet gross profit targets.
• Support recruitment, induction, training, and development of team members.
• Work with kitchen teams to ensure food meets specifications and portion controls.
• Handle customer complaints professionally to secure positive outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, financial controls, and training.
• Run shifts in absence of the Complex Manager to maintain operations.
• Complete additional tasks as required by General/Complex Manager.
