Parkdean Resorts is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead our busy complex operations across UK parks. You will guide front-line teams, ensure great guest experiences, and support the Complex Manager with labour and orders.

You will deliver high service standards, manage cash and stock, and work flexibly including evenings and weekends. Join a team that values heart in hospitality and the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or leading a team in food and beverage.
• Food Hygiene Level 2 (or equivalent) is required.
• Customer-focused with a passion for great guest experiences.

Responsabilités

• Present the complex to high standards and maintain food safety policies.
• Welcome guests and meet their needs throughout their visit.
• Assist with labour planning and wage cost control.
• Place and manage food and beverage orders using the ordering system.
• Handle till and cashing up accurately.
• Monitor stock levels to reduce waste and protect gross profit.
• Support recruitment, induction, and development of team members.
• Coordinate with kitchen teams to ensure portion control.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and training.
• Run shifts in absence of the Complex Manager.
• Complete any additional tasks from General Manager or Complex Manager.
