Job summary

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the complex operations and guest experience. You will supervise a team, support labour planning, manage orders and stock, and ensure food safety standards across the site.

Ideal candidates have prior F&B supervision experience, a guest-focused approach, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays. DBS/background checks apply where appropriate and staff benefits include generous discounts and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or leading a team in food & beverage.
• Demonstrated ability to manage labor and wage costs.
• Experience handling cash and following financial controls.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to ensure high service standards.
• Welcome and assist guests, ensuring needs are met throughout visits.
• Support Complex Manager with labour planning and cost control.
• Place and manage food & beverage orders using our systems.
• Handle till cashing up and cash handling procedures.
• Monitor stock levels to minimise waste and protect gross profit.
• Assist recruitment, onboarding and training of team members.
• Collaborate with kitchen teams to ensure portion control and spec compliance.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally to achieve positive outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, H&S and financial policies.
