Job summary

The Glasshouse International Centre for Music in Gateshead is seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to lead teams across our bars, café, and brasserie. You will oversee service delivery, staff training, and upselling initiatives to enhance the guest experience during day, evening, and weekend events.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, interpersonal, and multitasking skills, with prior experience in café, restaurant, or bar settings.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and staff training in F&B or hospitality.
• Proven ability to upsell and drive customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership, communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams across F&B outlets (bars, café, brasserie) to deliver guest experiences.
• Develop and train staff; implement upselling strategies.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, health and safety, and service standards.
