Holiday Inn Manchester City Centre is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead shifts and ensure exceptional guest experiences in both the restaurant and bar. You will support the management team and help run events, with training provided for progression into events or broader F&B management.

You will supervise the team, maintain standards of service, and collaborate across front-of-house, kitchen, and events teams to deliver smooth operations and upsell opportunities.

Competenze

• Previous experience in food & beverage, ideally at supervisor or team leader level.
• Events experience is a bonus but full training will be given.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
• Confident communication and leadership abilities.
• Hands-on approach and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
