Qualifications

• Previous F&B supervisory experience in restaurant, bar, or events.
• Strong knowledge of food service standards and safety regulations.
• Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with stock control, ordering, and cost management.
