Job summary

Seaham Hall in County Durham is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the Dining Room and Harvey’s Bar. You will lead on-floor service, work with Kitchen and F&B teams, and help deliver a consistently five-star dining experience.

The role requires a minimum of two years in hospitality, excellent customer service and communication, and comfort with Microsoft Office and Simphony EPOS. A positive, team-oriented attitude and reliable transport are desirable.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in hospitality (restaurant and/or bar).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail ensuring 5-star service standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, personalised service throughout the guest dining experience.
• Anticipate and respond to special requests professionally.
• Assist with the cleanliness and organisation of all working areas.
• Actively upsell menu items, including starters, desserts, and beverages.
• Attend work consistently well-groomed and in full uniform.
• Participate in training and develop strong menu knowledge to confidently guide and recommend to guests.
