Job summary

A leading education recruitment agency in Bolton is seeking an experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant to provide support to young learners, particularly those with special educational needs. EYFS Teaching Assistant – EYFS Teaching Assistant Role in Bolton
  • Act as a positive role model, mentor and consistent daily support for the child/children you work with as an EYFS Teaching Assistant.
  • Support young learners with SEND to overcome early social, emotional and academic challenges as an EYFS Teaching Assistant.
  • Assist the class teacher with the delivery of the EYFS curriculum in your role as an EYFS Teaching Assistant.
  • Make reasonable adjustments to help pupils thrive within the early years setting as an EYFS Teaching Assistant.
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to identified pupils as an EYFS Teaching Assistant.
  • Show passion for supporting children with SEMH and additional needs in your EYFS Teaching Assistant role.
  • Offer support, advice and guidance to pupils and staff as an EYFS Teaching Assistant.
  • Encourage independence in line with setting policies as a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant.
