Job description
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver national webinars and healthcare professional events, fostering strong relationships with key opinion leaders.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive congress and event plan, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
  • Support field-based teams in delivering local HCPE activities, including face-to-face, hybrid, and virtual events.
  • Create engaging and educational content by leveraging internal and external expertise to deliver industry-leading events.
  • Enhance customer experience by optimising the end-to-end event journey, from invitation to post‑event follow‑up, while maintaining a continuous improvement mindset.
Qualifications
  • Ensure all event activities comply with governance frameworks, including ABPI code and internal policies, while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Proven track record in delivering healthcare professional meetings and events (virtual and face‑to‑face).
  • Proven experience to develop and execute impactful content within an omnichannel plan.
  • Familiarity with the ABPI code and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and organisational skills.
  • Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing and complex environment.
  • Experience working in commercial teams within the pharmaceutical industry.
