What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of projects within compliance-critical environments
  • Manage stakeholders across cross-functional and technical teams
  • Oversee risk management, change control, and quality governance
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to defined quality standards
  • Prepare clear documentation and reporting for internal and external stakeholders
  • Foster a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience managing complex projects in regulated industries (Nuclear, Defence, Energy, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience in structured project delivery and effective stakeholder engagement
  • Expertise in risk management, change control, and quality assurance
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, APM, NEC) and sector-specific certifications are advantageous
  • Ability to thrive in multidisciplinary, compliance-focused teams
