Job summary

Culina Group Limited is hiring an Export Administrator for its Chilled & Fresh division on a full-time basis. The role covers order progression, export documentation, invoicing, and customer liaison to ensure timely delivery and accurate stock reporting.

The position requires prior export experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. 4 on 4 off shifts run 7am–7pm, with a salary of £29,823 per year.

Qualifications

• Export and high-level administrative experience.
• Ability to prioritise workload without supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process and progress orders from preliminary documentation through to delivery and acceptance by the customer.
• Prepare export quotations accurately and in a timely manner.
• Arrange transport delivery and monitor all shipments.
• Prepare and review all shipping documentation for export.
• Liaise with the warehouse to check stock availability and order fulfilment.
• Provide aftersales support to customers.
• Handle customer's enquiries/queries/order updates via telephone and email.
• Produce all necessary transport documents.
• Complete Export Customs declarations.
• Liaising extensively with clients and building long-term business relationships.
• Liaising with warehouse, transport staff, and customers to maintain accurate stock records.

Life in this role

As part of our Chilled & Fresh division, we have an exciting opportunity to join the team as an Export Administrator to join our friendly team on a full time permanent basis.

Salary

£29,823 per annum.

Shift

4 on 4 off, 7am-7pm.

As an Export Administrator you will be responsible for processing and progressing all orders from preliminary documentation through to delivery and acceptance by the customer, together with all licence/export documentation and invoicing. Ensuring that high levels of productivity, attendance and customer satisfaction are maintained at all times.

• Preparing export quotations accurately and in a timely manner.
• Dealing with all Distributor’s and Customer’s enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Arranging transport delivery and monitoring all shipments.
• Preparing and reviewing all shipping documentation for export.
• Liaising with the warehouse to check stock availability and order fulfilment.
• Providing aftersales support to customers.
• Handling customer's enquiries/queries/order updates via telephone and email.
• Produce all necessary transport documents.
• Complete Export Customs declarations.
• Liaising extensively with clients and building successful long term business relationships.
• Liaising with warehouse, transport staff, and customers to maintain accurate stock records.

Qualifications

What you’ll need ...

• Previous experience of working in Export and a high-level Administrative role.
• The ability to prioritise workload without supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Outstanding Customer Service skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft suite.
• Excellent reporting skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations (desirable).
