Job summary

Culina is hiring a Stock Administrator to join our Chilled & Fresh division in the UK. This full-time permanent role features a 4 on 4 off shift, 7am-7pm, and requires accurate stock control, reporting, and problem solving within a fast-paced environment.

You will create stock reports, handle queries, investigate discrepancies, process returns, and maintain external warehouse records while delivering excellent customer care.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced administration role.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritisation skills.
• Able to manage workload and prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute stock reports for internal and external customers.
• Resolve stock queries within agreed timeframes and provide customer care.
• Investigate discrepancies and process dispute procedures.
• Process returns and inter-depot cross documents.
• Pursue stock rejections and returns across the network.
• Maintain accurate transactions in the external warehouse system.
• Record and escalate non-conformances.
• Perform general administration tasks and filing.
• Undertake other duties as reasonably required.

As part of our Chilled & Freshdivision, we have an exciting opportunity to join the team as aStock Administrator on a full time permanent basis.

Shift: 4 on 4 off, 7am-7pm.

Key Duties of Stock Administrator:

• Creating and distributing stock reports to both internal and external customers.
• Processing stock queries within agreed timeframes, providing customer care.
• Investigating discrepancies and processing dispute procedures.
• Processing returns and inter depot cross documents.
• Pursuing stock rejections and returns throughout the network.
• Processing system transactions to correct stock balances.
• Maintaining accurate transactions in outside warehouse database.
• Investigating outstanding, incoming, outside and missing pallets.
• Empty location checks as required on the system.
• Recording and escalating internal and external non-conformances.
• General administration paperwork filing.
• Other duties as reasonably required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a fast paced, Administration role.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• PC literate and experience in MS Excel.
• Ability to solve problems methodically and actively seek resolutions.
• Able to manage own work load effectively and prioritise.
