Culina is currently recruiting a Customer Service Administrator for our Chilled & Fresh division. You will coordinate frontline responses, manage customer requests, and support the CS Manager to ensure efficient office operations and high service levels.

In this role you will build strong relationships, handle reports and KPI packs, and contribute to continuous improvement across the customer service function. The position offers a 4 on 4 off shift pattern and a salary around the listed figure.

Responsabilidades

• Fulfil all office functions and support the CS Manager.

• Resolve customer and client queries promptly.
• Collate information for client KPI packs and internal reports.
• Maintain high level of customer focus and service.
• Check PODs cleared on system and chase outstanding PODs.
• Perform other administration tasks as directed by CS Manager.

As part of our Chilled & Freshdivision, we have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Customer Service Administrator

Salary:£27,904 per annum.

Shift:4 on 4 off, 6am-6pm.

As a Customer Service Administrator you will co-ordinate front line response deal with problems and customer requests, liaise with other operational teams and be able to fulfil all office functions, supporting the CS manager whenever necessary.

Key Duties of a Customer Service Administrator include:

• Answering calls for both internal and external personnel.
• Problem solving for client, customer and Internal departments.
• Meeting customer and client expectations.
• Resolving customer and client queries.
• Collating accurate information for client KPI packs and internal business reporting.
• Maintain a high level of customer/ client focus.
• Provide various reports for clients in a timely manner.
• Check PODs have cleared on the system, investigate and clear down unallocated POD’s.
• Chase outstanding POD’s from hauliers, depots, etc.
• Other administration tasks as determined by the Customer Service Manager.

Qualifications

• Computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent organisationalskills with the abilityto demonstrate a high level of expertise in a busy and demanding environment.
• Have a flexible and adaptable approach to working in order to meet the requirements of the business, particularly at peak periods during the year.
• Able to work to tight deadlines and manage your own time effectively.
