Job summary

Culina Group Limited is seeking a Warehouse Administrator for a full-time permanent role based in Warwick. The role supports daily administrative tasks, coordinates with customer systems, and ensures smooth operation of the warehouse during night shifts.

Key duties include PID checks, WMS alignment, stock checks and issue investigations. Prior admin/stock control experience and familiarity with SAP/WMS are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Daily PID checks.
• Compliance of customer system to mirror our WMS system.
• Investigation into customer complaints.
• ADHOC slot allocation and booking log compliance.
• Stock checks.
• RDT direct system uploads.
• Audit traceability exercise completion.
• System updates to include damaged stock and pallet reworks.
• Conducting investigation and control depot KPIs.
• Supporting warehouse colleagues with WMS system issues.

Life in this role

As part of our Contract division, we have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Warehouse Administrator on a full time permanent basis.

Salary

£29,677 per annum.

Working hours

Monday-Friday nights, 10pm-6am.

As a Warehouse Administrator you will ensure all administrative duties are carried out accurately and in a timely fashion, facilitating with customer systems to ensure smooth running of the operation.

Key Duties of a Warehouse Administrator

• Daily PID checks.
• Compliance of customer system to mirror our WMS system.
• Investigation into customer complaints.
