Job summary

Culina, the UK's leading independent specialist supply chain partner, is hiring an Export Administrator in its Chilled & Fresh division. The role is full-time on a 4 on/4 off shift (7am–7pm) in the UK, with a salary of £29,823 per annum.

You will manage orders, documentation and invoicing from start to finish, liaising with customers, distributors and the warehouse to ensure smooth exports. Key duties include preparing quotations, handling inquiries, arranging transport, and maintaining accurate

• Previous experience of working in Export and a high-level Administrative role.
• The ability to prioritise workload without supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft suite.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Process and progress all orders from preliminary documentation through to delivery and acceptance by the customer.
• Prepare export quotations accurately and in a timely manner.
• Deal with distributor's and customer's enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Arrange transport delivery and monitor all shipments.
• Prepare and review all shipping documentation for export.
• Liaise with the warehouse to check stock availability and order fulfilment.
• Provide aftersales support to customers.
• Handle customer enquiries via telephone and email.
• Produce all necessary transport documents.
• Build long-term business relationships with clients.

As part of our Chilled & Freshdivision, we have an exciting opportunity to join the team as an Export Administrator to join our friendly team on a full time permanent basis.

Salary:£29,823 per annum.

Shift:4 on 4 off, 7am-7pm.

As an Export Administrator you will be responsible for processing and progressing all orders from preliminary documentation through to delivery and acceptance by the customer, together with all licence/export documentation and invoicing. Ensuring that high levels of productivity, attendance and customer satisfaction are maintained at all times.

• Preparing export quotations accurately and in a timely manner.
• Dealing with all Distributer's and Customer's enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Arranging transport delivery and monitoring all shipments.
• Preparing and reviewing all shipping documentation for export.
• Liaising with the warehouse to check stock availability and order fulfilment.
• Providing aftersales support to customers.
• Handling customer's enquiries/queries/order updates via telephone and email.
• Produce all necessary transport documents.
• Liaising extensively with clients and building successful long term business relationships.
• Liaising with warehouse, transport staff, and customers to maintain accurate stock records.
