Creation Group is seeking a hands-on Hospitality Project Coordinator in Oswestry to manage end-to-end asset execution for festivals and events. You will coordinate logistics, scheduling, and inventory, working with production and warehouse teams to ensure flawless delivery.

The role requires highly organised, solution-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy cross-functional collaboration with client teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in prioritising tasks and deadlines for the client team.
• Coordinate with logistics to move assets and equipment per project schedules.
• Liaise with suppliers, venues, and contractors for load in/out readiness.
• Maintain asset inventory accuracy using tracking systems.
• Perform checks on asset condition and readiness for deployment.
• Support maintenance and upgrade processes with technical teams and vendors.
• Work with warehouse staff on asset storage and organisation.
• Maintain documentation of logistics, asset tracking and compliance.
• Prepare reports on inventory levels, usage and loss incidents.
• Support health, safety and compliance processes and protocols.
• Prepare and maintain client-facing documents such as quotes and invoices.
• Align travel and accommodation with asset movements and schedules.
