Job summary

The·TEAM in Orpington is seeking an energetic Events Project Coordinator to join our busy Client Services team. You will help plan and deliver conferences, meetings, and experiential activations, coordinating with venues, suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-brand delivery.

With 1–3 years in events or hospitality, you will manage timelines, budgets and procurement, while maintaining clear communications and accurate records.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in events, conferences or hospitality.
• Interest in live events and client service with willingness to learn.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of conferences, meetings and activations.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, cost trackers and approvals.
• Coordinate communications with venues, suppliers and clients.
• Assist with budgets, quotes and purchase orders.
• Help with on-site delivery, setup and post-event follow-up.
