This is a hands‑on, high‑energy role at the heart of one of our exciting client accounts. You’ll work closely with a dynamic brand that values creativity, speed, and flawless execution. As a Project Coordinator, you’ll report to the Account Director and act as the linchpin between the client team and our asset management function. Your role will be essential in driving the effectiveness and efficiency of client delivery by coordinating the end‑to‑end asset execution of events. This includes managing logistics, scheduling transportation, overseeing inventory, and ensuring the maintenance of production assets all in close collaboration with our production and warehouse teams.
