Exhibition Sales Manager

A leading creative event production company is looking for a Exhibition Sales Manager to help shape the future of its commercial success. Working across immersive brand activations, conferences, and high-profile experiential events, you’ll take ownership of generating revenue through new business, upsells, and year-round client relationship management.

As Exhibition Sales Manager, you’ll lead the sales drive for a two-day flagship conference & exhibition tailored to the emergency services sector, while also supporting wider commercial activities across a bold and fast-moving portfolio. Your focus will be on delivering against targets, building meaningful long-term relationships, and working strategically to retain and grow exhibitor and sponsor accounts.

What you’ll do as Exhibition Sales Manager:

* Achieve revenue targets across new and existing exhibitors, sponsorship, and partnerships

* Proactively source leads through competitor analysis, inbound enquiries, and self-research

* Deliver excellent client service year-round, securing strong rebook rates and repeat business

* Keep accurate CRM records, including pipeline forecasting and detailed call notes

* Represent the business at competitor events (UK & internationally) as part of the commercial growth strategy

What you’ll need:

* Minimum 2 years’ B2B sales experience (ideally within events)

* Confident in working to KPIs

* Commercially minded, with a drive to exceed targets

* High energy and adaptable approach to a dynamic, fast-paced environment

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

* Willingness to travel as needed

The Offer:
