Job summary

Planview is hiring an experienced Customer Value Advisor to own executive relationships and drive value realization across a portfolio of enterprise accounts. You’ll engage C-suite stakeholders, deliver business reviews, and partner with sales to expand opportunities.

In this role you’ll help largest customers realize full Planview value, aligning strategic goals with platform outcomes and growth opportunities. The position emphasizes executive-level influence and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a strategic CSM or account executive with $250K+ ACV.
• Experience conducting executive-level reviews or value realization discussions.
• Ability to identify expansion opportunities within customer conversations.
• Proven track record driving customer outcomes and business impact.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Own the executive relationship from forecast through renewal, ensuring continuity.
• Build and maintain C-suite relationships with regular business reviews tied to value.
• Drive adoption and value realization across your portfolio against plan.
• Identify expansion opportunities with Account Executives to grow pipeline.
• Engage pre-sale on strategic accounts to ensure smooth go-live and context.
• Develop customer champions and advocate for product and experience improvements.
