Job summary

Planview seeks a seasoned Customer Value Advisor to lead executive-level engagements with enterprise accounts and drive measurable outcomes across renewal and expansion. You will partner with regional VPs and Account Executives to align value delivery with strategic objectives and growth.

You will influence decision-makers, champion adoption of Planview solutions, and position ongoing value realization to secure long-term partnerships within a fast-evolving AI-powered portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic CSM or AE roles managing $250K+ ACV deals.
• Demonstrated executive presence in C-suite conversations.
• Experience delivering value realization reviews or executive business reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own the economic buyer relationship from forecast to renewal.
• Maintain executive-level relationships (C-suite, VP+).
• Drive adoption and value realization across your portfolio.
