Job summary

Planview, a global leader in work and resource management, is hiring a Customer Value Advisor in the UK. You will own the executive buyer relationship across a portfolio, drive value realization, and lead expansion conversations to support growth from signature through renewal.

You’ll operate at the executive level, building trusted relationships with C-suite and VP+ stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize Planview’s impact for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic customer success or enterprise SaaS
• Experience leading executive-level business reviews
• Proven ability to connect outcomes to value and expansion opportunities
• Strong communication across all levels
• Commercial instinct with customer-centric approach
• Experience with value engineering or management consulting a plus

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with economic buyers across portfolio
• Lead executive business reviews and connect outcomes to value
• Drive adoption and value realization to meet business goals
• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities with account teams
• Coordinate with pre-sales for continuity from signature to go-live
• Develop customer champions and advocate within Planview
• Provide product and experience feedback to improve the offering
