Planview in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Customer Value Advisor to own executive-level relationships across a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving value realization and expansion from initial engagement through renewal.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a strategic CSM or account executive managing large ACV accounts.
• Experience delivering value realization reviews or executive business reviews.
• Ability to drive expansion opportunities and connect health/adoption to value.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
• Experience in management consulting or Value Engineering is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the executive relationship from forecast through renewal.
• Lead regular executive business reviews connecting outcomes to Planview value.
• Drive adoption and value realization across your portfolio.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Account Executives on pipeline.
• Engage pre-sale on strategic accounts to ensure continuity from signature to go-live.
• Develop customer champions and advocate for product improvements.
